We begin to receive wheat after the harvest. It is then analyzed in the appropriate laboratory to determine how to store it in addition to the quality: moisture, protein, sediments, additives and possible wheat pests. We then obtain the appropriate wheat and store it in our silos. Our customers can decide to either sell the wheat or exchange it for flour. In case the customer will be selling the wheat, our rates are determined by current market prices. The other option allows our customers to exchange wheat for flour when the time frame is not important. We give receipts when we receive wheat.
Submitted quantity of wheat has no time limit. Wheat can be switched for wheat flour, bran and short bran until your wheat stock are exhausted. Storage cost will not charge. Your wheat is switched for our products in proportion. Exchange office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or on suterdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 am.
